Meet Kiara

Hi, I’m Kiara. I started InjectCo in early 2021. At the time, I was still the lead clinical educator for a neurosurgery and neurology unit. That was at Cook Children’s Pediatric Hospital. Nursing came first for me, and it still shapes everything I do here.

My path into aesthetics started at Texas Christian University, where I earned my nursing degree. Along the way, I noticed something missing in this industry: real ethics, and real relationships with patients. I wanted to build something different.

InjectCo is my answer to that. It’s a place where patients feel genuinely cared for, not just treated. I believe in leading to serve. That applies to the people who walk through our doors. It applies just as much to the team members who work alongside me every day.

We’ve grown to eight clinics now: six across DFW, one in Houston, and one in Austin. Thirteen incredible clinicians make up our team, and I’m proud of every one of them. What keeps me going is watching that team grow, learn, and thrive together.

My hope is simple. I want every InjectCo patient to leave feeling heard, encouraged, and genuinely excited about their treatment plan. That’s true whether you’re here for retatrutide, PRP, or any of our other services.

I also founded the Texas Academy of Medical Aesthetics. It’s an accredited training program built around the same values. Our injector internship runs over 100 hours, and students train and shadow across all eight InjectCo locations.

Patients and colleagues often describe our team as skilled and thorough. I take that seriously. My goal has always been to be a trusted, approachable resource. That’s true for the patients we treat. It’s also true for injectors across the country building their own aesthetic careers.
